Each wedding collection with Paige includes high-resolution images in an online gallery with full printing rights. I also have a background in wedding and event planning, so I love working with couples to ensure their big day is all planned out beforehand. My full day wedding packages include a custom designed day-of wedding photography timeline. I will work with you to ensure you get every picture you desire! My goal is for you to sit back and enjoy your big day.
I take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure the very best experience for my couples. I will work together on every detail from your timeline, to vendor referrals, to excited late-night texts about your dress; my goal is to tell your story in the most authentic and unique way possible.
If you love the quality, service and unique light & airy style of Paige Marie Photography, but I'm booked on your wedding date or you would like to spend a little less on your wedding photography, you can still enjoy many of the benefits that come with the Paige Marie brand. When you choose an associate package, you're hiring an associate photographer whose photography style is similar to Paige's, and all of your photo editing and product fulfillment will be through Paige Marie Photography.
My associate photographer, Aleks, is talented in her own right, has worked alongside and been mentored by me, and is specialized in capturing the moments and emotions inherent in a wedding day. DO YOU SHOOT DIGITAL OR FILM?
I shoot fully digital with Canon bodies and lenses, but am starting to incorporate film into my photos! If you would like me to shoot film at your session or wedding, just ask!
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Definitely! We all know that nothing beats a Montana sunset and I'm happy to travel around MT for a small fee! I can also go worldwide! Getting to see the world while photographing your love is pretty much a win-win.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
I am happy to take all major credit cards through my online payment system. I am also happy to do payment plans (I totally understand being on a budget!).
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
I recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue, about nine to twelve months in advance. I take a limited amount of weddings a year to be sure to give my full attention to each couple.
HOORAY! WE WANT TO BOOK! WHAT’S NEXT?
Yay! This makes me the happiest! To reserve your date a 50% non-refundable retainer (or payment plan) and contract must be signed. No date is held until I have all of this sent to me.
DO WE HAVE TO DO AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
An engagement session is included in all of my full day wedding packages and while its optional, I highly recommend it. It's such a great way for us all to get to know each other a little better before the wedding day and for you to get better acquainted with my photographer style. I love showing up to a wedding as a friend instead of just another vendor and it makes me so happy when I've built a relationship with my couples. Plus it's a great way to get rid of photo jitters, and to see how I work. When the wedding day comes you'll be old pros at it all and the portraits will run much smoother. If you still don't want to do one, that's fine but because they are complimentary in the packages it will not change the total of the package.
OKAY THEN, LET’S DO IT! WHAT TIME DOES THE SESSION BEGIN?
Since I'm a natural light photographer (I use flash during receptions) my favorite time to shoot is during golden hour, which is right before the sun sets. Typically we'll start your portrait or engagement session about 2 hours before sunset.
DO WE GET THE DIGITAL FILES?
Yes, all of the final edited digital files are included in each package! You will receive a personal online gallery where you will be able to download all of the images and print your heart away.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?
It all depends on which package you choose, but on average you end up with about 40-80 images per hour, or about 600-800 for a full wedding day.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD WE SET ASIDE FOR PHOTOS ON THE WEDDING DAY?
In a perfect world, 45-60 minutes for first look and bride and groom portraits and 30 minutes each for family and bridal party portraits.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
For portrait and engagement sessions, two weeks. For your wedding day (depending on busy season), six to ten weeks.
SHOULD WE DO A FIRST LOOK?
I highly encourage first looks, for many reasons. It's a chance for the two of you to talk, kiss, be sappy and get TIME TO YOURSELVES before the celebration begins. With my background in wedding planning and 50+ weddings that I've worked, the one regret most brides have is not getting enough time with their family and guests. This is easily resolved with doing a first look! You have all of the portraits done before the ceremony and allows you to head straight to your party after ceremony and enjoy your time. AND... I PROMISE... the whole seeing each other when you're walking down the aisle thing will still be as special and full of tears!
